Hotels

Congressline Ltd. (as the Conference Office) offers hotel accommodations for participants of the Ferenczi 150 Anniversary Conference and handles all related reservations.
Hotels of various categories are available for participants, they are all located within walking distance of the venue.

Hotel reservations are on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Please book your accommodation as soon as possible since the middle of June is a very popular touristic period in Budapest and the spaces are limited in many hotels. All rates are per room per night including breakfast and 5% VAT and City tax also. (The conference office orders the hotel services on its own behalf but for the benefit of another person, pursuant to § 15 of the Hungarian VAT Act. as mediated services.)

Extras are to be paid directly at the hotel reception before departure by the participants.

Please consider: if you visit different hotel reservation sites on the web (booking sites or hotels’ own sites), please note that the prices listed first there generally do not include all the local taxes and breakfast costs.

Reservation

The reservation form can be filled out during the online registration. For more than one room reservation please send contact the Conference Office at email address info@congressline.hu, phone: + 36 1 429 0146. Our professional staff will assist you to find a suitable hotel for you and will handle your reservation.

Reservation method

To make a Reservation please fill out the Online Registration form. Full pre-payment is required to guarantee the reservation. After the reservation and payment are received, each participant will receive a confirmation from the Conference Office by email. Any modification requests before arrival should be sent to the Conference Office only. Once modified on-site, the actual final cost of the stay and the extras should be paid directly at the hotel reception upon departure.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations should be sent to Conference Office in written form. All refunds will be processed after Conference.

• 100% refund (minus 20 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before April 25, 2023.
• No refund in case of cancellation is received after April 25, 2023.
  

Payment

All payments should be made in Euros. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. Payments sent after June 8, 2023 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Credit Card

VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express
