SOCIAL EVENTS

GARDEN PARTY
A garden party will be held at the Ferenczi House with the opening of the Severn Section of the Archive of the House with the speech of Arnold Rachman. (This will be held only in case of nice weather.)

FAREWELL & DRINK RECEPTION
We welcome all participants for a farewell drink after the last session of the conference.

CONFIRMATION

Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Conference Office upon receipt of registration and payment. If the confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact the Conference Office via email at info@congressline.hu. Payments sent after June 8, 2023 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF REGISTRATION

All cancellations and changes must be sent to the Conference Office (CongressLine Ltd.) in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Ferenczi150 Budapest Conference. Please send your exact bank account details in a written cancellation.

REFUND OF THE REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED AS FOLLOWS

• 100% refund (minus 30 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before April 10, 2023.
• No refund in case of cancellation received after April 11, 2023.

PAYMENT

All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. Registration and payments sent after June 8, 2023 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
